What's worse, when migrating to Wallpaper, it shows black screen instead
of your previous wallpaper from GNOME. Ugh.

  Wallpaper doesn't use dconf/gsettings

Bug description:
  I don't know why, but wallpaper is not using gsettings, but a keyfile
  in .config/wallpaper. It is slow and unpratical, not standard with the
  gnome desktop. So, if you change wallpaper background, nautilus
  background will not be changed, etc... it is stored in
  org.gnome.desktop.background.picture-uri, and the tiles option is
  picture-option.
