Bug description:
  It would be cool, to choose videos as wallpapers. We could use source
  code of XwinWrap to implement that. Other versions of it are out, too
  (gwinwrap is nice for GTK). checkout
  http://code.google.com/p/gwinwrap/issues/detail?id=29 for more details
  about gstreamer support for xwinwrap, if xwinwrap works with
  gstreamer, it can definitly work with wallpaper IMHO.
