Title:
after install vertical pictures no longer auto rotate to correct
position when viewed in "eye for gnome"(ubuntu default) nor "gloobus
preview"
Status in nautilus-elementary:
Invalid
Bug description:
After install, vertical pictures are no longer auto rotating to
correct position for viewing in any viewer except when taken out and
run in F-stop. The actual thumbnail preview in the folder is
correctly rotated 90 degrees, but when open in any quick viewer it is
not. Removing Nautilus-Elementary does not return normal auto rotate
default in ubuntu, removing "gloobus preview" does not correct the
problem, reinstalling "eye for gnome" does not correct the problem. A
clean reinstall of ubuntu, is the only method that worked for me.
keep up the good work, it will be an excellent piece of software when
the kinks are taken care of. I will check back periodically to see if
the issue is resolved and will reinstall, until then I view too many
photos to not have a functioning auto rotate working on my rig.
