Title:
  flashing desktop

Status in Pantheon WatchDog - wouf:
  Invalid

Bug description:
sometimes, the desktop starts flashing much like a thunderstorm.
this happens when 2 instances of cerbere are running.

my suspicion is that when plank dies, it tries to respawn cerbere, which leads to the above issue.
this problem can be reproduced by opening a terminal, and type cerbere at the prompt.
