[Bug 808838] Re: Horizontal scrolling in miller column view should only be triggered by selection change
Clarification - the view scrolls back to the last-column, if the cursor
leaves the window.
So working with two marlin-windows in column view can become
frustrating, if i.e. moving a lot of files while sorting last summers
pictures.

Bug description:
Right now the horizontal scrolling makes it impossible to "scoll back
to first level" when selected columns are more than fit the window-
width. It automatically scrolls back to show the rightmost entry.
Solution: horizontal scrolling should only be triggered by selection
change.
