  remove AppFactory

Status in Granite Framework:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  AppFactory is just a global variable, there's nothing which justify the presence of this object in Granite.
  I can give u its equivalent in one line:  static Granite.Application app;

  So can we get rid of this useless object please?
