I don't know if it's the same bug or a new one, but the contractor sets
the path to “file:///path/to/file.jpg” when pantheon-wallpaper expects
“/path/to/file.jpg”

I'm using rev 24 of pantheon-wallpaper

  Tried to set an image as wallpaper from Marlin, the wallpaper flashes
  black but doesn't change to the new paper.
