Do you maybe have something else assigned to that keyboard combination? Compiz? Anything?

  Control+Shift+C/V doesn't work for copy/paste

Status in Pantheon Terminal:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When pressing Control+Shift+ C or V, nothing happens. These commands
  should copy and paste like in other terminals. However, Shift+Control+
  C or V does work, if you specifically press them in that order.
