AboutDialog use markup span size small
parse the email address and generate the correct markups - it was quicker/easier/faster to do it in C with pointer and with an internal function already provided in gtk_about_dialog.c ;)
enhance licence wording
use static show_about_dialog like gtk does for an easier use.
