Humm ... they don't work similarly : with the 'toolbar button', you can
drop directly on the drawing, not with the menu version ...

Bug description:
There are two buttons to import a bitmap, one in the left toolbar and one in File->Import.
One imports in the library, an other in the workspace, it is very confusing. A single button would be more logical.
