bug partially fixed : now, the path and outline objects are roughly
correctly exported, even if their size are changed, but, for path and
oultine objects, the zooming effect don't work under SVG

Bug description:
The svg export of path objects is OK, but, if, for example, whe have resized a path (downscaled) before exporting to SVG, in the resulting file, the path object remains at its original size
