I don't know if it's the same bug, but it's like the bug before so I put it here...
It the same principe with 3 key frames, but with rotation...

I put the video in attachment

PS: In the video I resize the square, but the bug is present without
resizing...

Bug description:
  When I do an animation, I put an object in the first key frame, then I put a second key frame, a and then a third key frame. So The problem is that I can't move the object on the tird key frame at the start, but if I move the object on the second key frame, I can then move it on the third key frame...
