I chose Maj instead of Ctrl, since we already had some code to handle
Maj events (to keep ratio).

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The objects should be movable with the arrow keys ←→↑↓.
  If we press →, the object should be moved right to 1px.
  If we press Ctrl + →, the object should be moved right to 10px.
