You could instal a cloud server and host peoples servers for them.

There is a paid support plan available, people usually just use the community for support (as you are now)

You are completely free to charge for your services but you cannot sell
Ubuntu as it is not yours to sell. You can find courses al over. A god
place to start would be to complete LPI 101 and LPI 102 to give a solid
background, then expand from there.
