Hi no can get either ubuntu 12.04 machines  to recognised the nas  ip
address .i know  in what the i p address is from previous version of
ubuntus which was install on the same machines .tryed typing it the
address bar tells me page unaviable.the early version of ubuntu was
10.04 lts which found the nas  with no problems either by typing in
address or clicking on browse networks .have spoke to zxyel they its
operating system configeration is needed the 7 machine picks up with no
drivers installed can be set up through samba maybe if so how never used
it or set it up .as use the the basic file sharing with no problems
