Probably this is a Windows problem. Faced my self at time before.
If you have access through Ubuntu, then take all of your important data
, to another disk (external or not) and do what Windows suggests.
I will not recommend to Use Ntfsfix or gparted to try to correct the
NTFS partition through Ubuntu, cuz it is very possible to lose your
data.
