Just in case someone drops here searching for the compile problem, what
worked for me was to manually run the gcc command with the -l options at
the end of the line after the original "make" failed:

cd src
gcc -o scannedonlyd_clamav scannedonlyd_clamav.o -lclamav -lnsl -pthread
