[Bug 1352501] Re: --manual-gdb and --manual-lldb effectively truncate option file args at first semicolon

This is an upstream bug, but in upstream option files the $PLUGIN
options always come last. This is not the case with our
percona_utility_user-master.opt.

** Summary changed:

- --manual-gdb or --manual-lldb truncates percona_utility_user-master.opt
+ --manual-gdb and --manual-lldb effectively truncate option file args at first semicolon

** Bug watch added: MySQL Bug System #73466
   http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=73466

** Also affects: mysql-server via
   http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=73466
   Importance: Unknown
       Status: Unknown

** Tags added: upstream
