[Bug 1557004] Re: ALTER TABLE ... ENCRYPTION='y' is possible on TokuDB tables && it is possible to alter an encrypted InnoDB table to TokuDB

this will have to be re-verified once the upstream bug is closed,
whether any changes in the TokuDB SE are required.
