[Bug 1436490] Re: package apache2 2.4.10-1ubuntu1.1 failed to install/upgrade: sub-processo script post-installation instalado retornou estado de saída de erro 1

Hi,
there seems to be a stale file not belonging to the packaged content in /etc/init.d/ that pretends to provide the service apache2.
On upgrading apache it detects that conflict.

Removing this file whatever it is should get your upgrade working - marking the bug as invalid.
Sorry it took so long to look deeper at it, newer versions like Wily and upcoming Xenial won't use/need that init script insserv anyway as the will use systemd.
Please feel free to reopen if you can reproduce on a newer system - and thank you for reporting and by that making Ubuntu better.

** Changed in: apache2 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
