Public bug reported:

first off, couldnt get the samba config to open, i followed an online
guide to get it run, just by adding a blank file sudo pluma
/etc/libuser.conf

now it opens, created some shares, couldnt access them, changed security
from 'user' to 'share', now i could access some of the shares, but after
a short while it stopped working completely. could reopen the program
again. uninstalled program, installed again. failed to install. bug
report
