Samba trusty builds for arm64 are failing, as described in

(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-4.8/+bug/1584602/), this
is due to an issue in the gcc-4.8 toolchain that can be worked around by
including the "-fno-if-conversion" option in the compilation.
