Public bug reported:

While trying to create local network share through nautilus the
following error was generated- 'net usershare' returned error 255: net
usershare add: cannot convert name "Everyone" to a SID. The connection
was refused. Maybe smbd is not running.

Using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
