Nature of bug:
   I have a small home LAN running, using "WORKGROUP" as the name of
the Windows workgroup. When I access any Ubuntu-based host using
smbclient (say, for example, one named "BW4-LINUX"), using the following:

   $ smbclient -L BW4-LINUX

once I have entered my user password, I get the following back:

   Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Windows 6.1] Server=[Samba 4.3.8-Ubuntu]

which I consider accurate and expected (ie "Domain=[WORKGROUP]" is what I expect to 
see...).

   However, when I attempt the same command, from the exact same Ubuntu-based system,
for a Windows-based host named "DELL-PC", for example, I run the command as before:

   $ smbclient -L DELL-PC

and, again, once I have entered my user password, I get a response of
the following:

   Domain=[DELL-PC] OS=[Windows 7 Ultimate 7601 Service Pack 1]
Server=[Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1]

but, if you'll take notice of the contents of the "Domain=[ " area, you
will see that I did NOT get back "WORKGROUP" as the contents (as I
expected), but instead got back the NetBIOS name of the host itself!

   I have tried this on ALL of my Windows-based hosts (both Windows 7 and Windows 10) and confirmed
this same result from all of them, so it is NOT isolated to either one single PC, or even one version of Windows...

   Please let me know if you require any other specific information in
this regard!
