[Bug 1556740] Re: Unable to connect to share unless "Guest access" is checked

 

After mulling this over for a while, it appears too ambitious to expect
for the original user to automatically have this access, despite this
being what one would expect (especially those coming from the Windows
world). Hence, I'm content with the help.ubuntu.com documentation
discussing different use cases of Samba (ex. SOHO setups), where
presently it's a bit limited.
