[Bug 1605925] [NEW] Starting squid takes a long time with big ACLs

 

Public bug reported:

The init script does `squid -k parse' at least 5 times, and when you have a big ACLs it can take more than a minute to start Squid.
It will be good to cache results of first run of the command.
