Testing samba-4.4.5 on ubuntu 16.10 and encounter below errors

[Impact] 
 1. Cannot demote domain controller

[Test Case]
 1. Setup samba4 AD DC according to http://www.tecmint.com/install-samba4-active-directory-ubuntu/
 2. Setup another samba4 and join it to the AD domain (http://www.tecmint.com/join-additional-ubuntu-dc-to-samba4-ad-dc-failover-replication/)
 3. Try to demote the RODC: sudo samba-tool domain demote %RODCNAME% -U%username%
