According to the logs:

Nov 15 18:52:26 Parichay squid[12525]:  * FATAL: redirect_program
/home/pvsp/googleSearch.pl: (2) No such file or directory

Your squid.conf is trying to load this:

    url_rewrite_program /home/pvsp/googleSearch.pl

But the file does not exist. You can either move the file
googleSearch.pl back into position, or remove the entry from your
squid.conf.
