autoreport generated by system when attempting to install maas 2.6 on
eoan

Process:
1. sudo apt-get install maas
2. Select "Y" after size report (as is customary)

"lsb_release -rd" produces "Ubuntu 19.10"

"apt-cache policy maas" produces "2.6.0-7802-g59416a869-0ubuntu1"

I expected it to install the correct version of MaaS for my OS version.

The install failed with dpkg producing error code (1) while processing
squid, maas-proxy, maas-region-api, maas-rack-controller, maas-region-
controller, maas.
