I think you filed this bug report against the wrong package: this is
Apache2, the web server. I'm marking this but report as Invalid. Feel
free to file a new bug report against the correct package, however my
suggestion is to go through this first:

as this bug report wouldn't be really useful or actionable even if filed
against the right package.
