Debian unstable still has 1.18.3-7, but experimental got 1.19.2-1:
krb5 (1.19.2-1) experimental; urgency=medium
* New Upstream version
* Include patch to work with OpenSSL 3.0, Closes: #995152

Since we are already at 1.19.2, we might as well merge/sync with
experimental.
