Re: [Question #235409]: remove samba4 and associated files
Question #235409 on samba4 in Ubuntu changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/samba4/+question/235409
jhon proposed the following answer:
To remove Samba4 and its associated files, use the appropriate package
manager command, such as "apt-get remove samba4" for Debian-based
systems or "yum remove samba4" for Red Hat-based systems. Additionally,
manually delete any leftover configuration files in the designated
directories for a complete uninstallation.
