We export NFS shares to a Samba server to enable access from Windows
clients. Quotas are partially active on these shares.

With Ubuntu 24.04, the free speciher space under Windows is displayed as
0 bytes if the rpc-quotad is running on the NFS server. The problem does
not occur under Ubuntu 22.04 with the same configuration.
