[Bug 2084954] [NEW] apache2 cannot be installed with apt/apt-get

When I tried to install apache2 package on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, I got the
following error message and couldn't get the apache2 package installed.

apt-get -y install apache2
:

Error:17 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-updates/main amd64 libcurl4t64 amd64 8.5.0-2ubuntu10.3

How can I avoid this error and install apache2 properly?
