Title:
  shift key does not work when assisting user

Status in Epoptes:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm using epoptes and epoptes-client 0.54 under Ubuntu 10.04 with LTSP
  thin-clients and when I try and assist a user both shift keys do not
  work.
