Currently no. Why would you need that?

LTSP_CLIENT
LTSP_FATCLIENT
EPOPTES_CLIENT_VERIFY_CERTIFICATE

Of course LTSP is very powerful so you might be able to do what you want
with CLIENT_ENV, RCFILE_x, /etc/hosts...
