You click the shutdown button from the epoptes toolbar,
and you're getting the ubuntu poweroff interactive dialog?

If so, that's a bug, can you provide a screenshot?

By design, you're only supposed to get a prompt if you have unsaved
files e.g. in LibreOffice or other applications that inhibit logoff.
