Hey Cameron,

Thanks for the environment info. Just to be clear, am I understanding
correctly that running the tests with your processor not being throttle
results in all test passing successfully, but running it with throttling
results in some tests failing, but fewer than initially reported? In
other words, I fixed at least some of the errors? :)

Can you post the failed tests?
