Raghu-

Thanks for your interest in joining the team.  While I have no doubt
that you'd make great contributions to the erma codebase, we have a
policy of only adding new committers after they've submitted a number of
high quality changes.  We're going to take this approach for both
internal and external applicants to keep it fair.

Do you have some new features in mind that you plan to submit?  I'd love
to hear about them...
