Hey guys, I've cut an official erma 3.1 and have tested successfully with a
couple hosts.  Now the question is where should these jars live?
Possible ideas:
1 - new git repo called "erma releases"
2 - add a dist directory to the erma repo that contains the jars
3 - host on google code
4 - add a static page to code.orbitz.net to contain the releases

the only way i would be up for #3 is if we made full use of google code -
wiki, discussion forum, mailing list, etc.  does google code do all those
things (I'm too lazy to check right now)
any other suggestions?
