I have added a new repository named common, available either by

    hg clone http://www.fenics.org/dev/common

or

    hg clone ssh://fenics@xxxxxxxxxx/hg/dev/common

It currently only contains the common LaTeX class file and template
used by FFC, DOLFIN, SyFi, Puffin and UFC, but we could add other common
utilities and documents to this repository.

Let's try to keep the fenicsmanual.cls updated in this repository so
we don't need to track which project has the latest version (today it
happened to be UFC).
