A summer intern at Simula will be working to provide Debian packages
of all the FEniCS packages. The plan is to set up a repository at say

    http://www.fenics.org/deb/

And so, by adding an appropriate entry to /etc/apt/sources.list, one
can just

    apt-get install fenics

We would like to get some opinions (in detail) on how to configure the
packages, which packages we need and so on. Here's a rough sketch with
many details missing:

Take a look and help to fill out the requirements for the packages.
