Let me qualify this.  I am interested in problems where I have a  
stress, \sigma, and on the boundary of the domain

\sigma N = \tau N

\tau is another tensor.  Rather than hard code into my dolfin stuff  
what the local normal is, I would like to have a way of getting having  
dolfin compute it for me.  I would also like to be able to do this on  
a (marked) subset of the domain.
