I must reject this package for the following reasons:

debian/copyright says:
       Files: doc/manual/algorithm.sty
       Copyright: (C) 1994 Peter Williams
       License: GPL-2+

but this file is actually LGPL2+

I have concerns about the freeness of doc/manual/here.sty.  There is
no license, and the comments in the source seem to say "don't
distribute if ___".
