Launchpad and mail notification

As some of you have already noted, we have moved the bug tracking
system from Bugzilla to Launchpad. Accounts have been registered on
Launchpad for FEniCS, DOLFIN, FFC, UFC and UFL.

Launchpad provides some nice features for handling bugs and
blueprints. Check out the following pages for examples:

  http://www.fenics.org/wiki/Blueprints

Notifications from Launchpad are directed to the mailing lists.
This only works for the above mentioned components. If you are a
component maintainer and wish to add a new page on Launchpad, Garth
and I can help out setting up the account and the mail notification.
