Do we want:
Getting Help, FEniCS Python Demos, FEniCS Programmer’s Reference etc.
or
Getting help, FEniCS Python demos, FEniCS programmer's reference?
I'm indifferent, and since the distribution between styles is 50-50
the work is the same changing one to the other.
