I think all are good alternatives, great job!

Although the #2 bird is sleeker than the #1 bird, I think having some 
kind of association with something numerical (aka a mesh) is good, so 
vote for #1. (Can try to invent a set of error indicators that goes with 
it as well ;-) )

Lastly, don't remove the pink! :-)
