The FErari optimization framework is now in place but is currently
awaiting some bug fixes in FErari from Rob (and will then require some
more work on my part to get things to run in FFC).

This should not affect the quadrature code generation, but Kristian
could you take a look in quadratureoptimization.py and see if you can
add a suitable comment. Or if possible, move the optimizations to
stage 3 (don't know if that is even possible).
