Add new undocumented options (except for this CVS log):

    -f debug-no-element-tensor	(don't generate code for element tensor)
    -f debug-no-geometry-tensor (don't generate code for geometry tensor)

Options are useful for debugging and benchmarking: allows automated
generation of benchmarking code for a range of forms to measure the
computation of the geometry tensor and the tensor product individually.
