Ok, I didn't consider compiling just the finite element. This is fixed
now.

I've tested all the FFC forms and all the DOLFIN demo forms. I've also
run some of the demos but not all (should be put in as unit tests in
the future).

I'm attaching the changesets as a bundle. Do "hg unbundle" to "pull"
them from the bundle. This seems to be a much better concept than
diffs.
